WHO WE ARE
FlightGrants.org is a grant provider organization that provides financial grants to qualified persons who seek to attend flight school and receive flight instruction to become commercial pilots. FlightGrants.org is sponsored by a consortium of companies, public and private institutions, and individuals, who work to promote the growth and safety of general and commercial aviation worldwide.
Training is conducted at a Flight School in the United States. This is an accelerated flight training program to obtain a United States Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA) Commercial Pilot's License ("CPL") with an Instructor's Rating in single engine and multi-engine aircraft (CFI), Multi-Engine Instructor's Rating (MEI), and Instrument Instructor's Rating (CFII).

PILOT TRAINING SPONSOR GRANT PROGRAM
I. PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
CURRENT FLIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM TOTAL COST: $26,000.00 (USD)
(Includes 260 Hours ground and flight instruction and aircraft rental to CPL, CFII, MEI - you only pay for living expenses)
How The Grant Programs Work: The Grant Programs require the Student to pay a down-payment of an amount equal to one-half (1/2) of the estimated total amount for a Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) and the Grant Program will match the amount and pay the balance. The Grant Program will then pay the hourly rate charged by the Instructor and Flight School for Ground and Flight Instruction and Aircraft Rental to the point of the student earning his/her CPL, CFII, MEI license and ratings. The hourly rates and other costs and charges are based on a pre-determined hourly rate directly paid to the contracted Flight School, up to a total amount contracted for (260 hours).
